I'm confused. Will the "t10 2014 t10t" be the "brightest 1AA flashlight(not 14500 operated)"? Or are we now discussing a different flashlight?


My understanding is that the "brightest 1AA" will look quite different from the T10:

head 25.4mm. and only one side switch. and can be purchase IN Germany!(pricing about 55 EUR)

It seems that you are not interested in the T10 or T10S. So we are looking for it !

for some of us is the most annoying fact of the T10 and the T10S that it's not possible to use 14500 to get more power.

With Standard AA it's only a quite good flashlight and the price of the T10S is to high for my opinion.

Definitely not. But "The brightest 1AA flashlight(not 14500 operated)" is not the T10. It has a bigger head and a side switch.

Might be slightly topped by the TB1AAFLN14500.

Haut mich jetzt nicht so vom Hocker (Verhältnis Größe/Helligkeit)

Eine Sunwayman C20C mit 10,5x2,5 ist kaum größer, ist aber heller und läuft länger dank 18650 Betrieb.

Ich wäre damit kein potentieller Käufer dieser Lampe mehr.
Die ist mir als AA definitiv zu groß.
Da müssten die inneren Werte schon überwältigend sein, damit ich da zuschlagen würde.

Way too big, IMVHO.
There are smaller 18650 operated flashlights, Zebralight SC600 to name one, 3 times brighter, triple runtime, etc.

Nein, die "brightest AA" hat mit der "T10T" nichts zu tun!!

Die Threads wurden durcheinander gewürfelt, nicht zuletzt durch meine eigene und Davids Schuld

Light-Wolf hat sich auch deswegen schon beschwert, und er hat ja so was Recht, denn man sieht wie schnell man etwas falsch verstehen kann, wenn man nicht den ganzen Thread liest. Und der ist eigentlich eh schon etwas sehr lang

yes. I think it is a little big. and I think can get about 94MM in length. by the way . we check the lumen about 450lumen for one NiMH. so I with 14500. get 1000 lumen. so need a little big for heat sinking!

450lm with a single NiMH AA sound impressive, but if it has almost the size of a compact 18650 flashlight it's rather pointless, IMO.
Make it as small as possible and add thermal regulation. Max 23mm head diameter, 80mm length. Zebralight SC52 is the benchmark .

1) an EDC (small light for every day carry) with superior output with AA size Batteries?

2) an 1x AA-powered light no matter it's size?

I guess flashoholics here do prefer 1)
