Kann mir jemand einen Tipp geben, wo ich einen passenden Treiber her bekomme?

Es sollte ein Lineartreiber oder Buck-Treiber sein.
Akkus: 4S LiIon
Strom: möglichst über 1A, besser 1,5-2A
Durchmesser: 21mm, zur Not auch 22mm, dann könnte ich ihn kleiner feilen.
Modis mit Side-Switch schalten, d.h. mit Taster.

Oder "verträgt" dies auch ein Attiny-AMC7135 Treiber? Ich dachte, selbst mit Zener-Mod sind die AMC-Chips doch nur bis 6/7V spezifiziert, oder?

Hallo,
ich würde aufgrund des V Drops bei Bucks auch zu einem Linearregler greifen. Bei 5S hättest du einen Buck nehmen können und bis "Akku fast leer" volle Helligkeit gehabt. Wenn es aber 4S ist / sein soll ist ein LD-2 völlig ausreichend. Den M2 brauchst du erst bei nennenswert mehr FET abwärme. Bei 2,5A und sagen wir mal im "worst case" zu verheizenden 2V sind das gerademal 5W Abwärme ab FET, machst ein kleinen Ram Kühlkörper drauf oder ein Wärmeleitpad und gut is. Ich dachte auch erst an ein Buck in meiner M25c2 Turbo, habe mich aber doch dann für den LD-2 entschieden eben wegen des V Drop und da ich nur 4x18500 nutze.

In Richtung LD2 /LD M2 hatte ich auch schon überlegt. Hier habe ich aber das Problem mit den Durchmessern. Ein 2mm Adapterring ist fast nur aus Metall herstellbar.

Ich bin für weitere Vorschläge dankbar.

was ist wenn du Kontaktplatte nimmst in dem Durchmesser und den LD-2 einfach so reinlegst ? Oder ist dafür zu wenig Bauhöhe vorhanden ?

Ich habe ein bisschen gebastelt, und hatte dabei viele Fehlschläge. Die Lampe funktioniert leider immer noch nicht.

Ich habe als Treiber erste einmal einen Nanjg 105C genommen und ihn selbst mit Star Momentary Firmware beschrieben. Der Treiber hat 6 AMCs, d.h. bis zu 2,1A (da ich nur ein Alu Sinkpad mit DTP und die Original Pill habe, sonst hätte ich 2,45A genommen).
Den Treiber selber betreibe ich mit 8,4V, demnach hat er ein Zener Mod. Dazu habe ich in der Mitte der Akkus einen zusätzlichen Abgriff eingebaut, mit lagem suboptimalem Kabel, dass ich 4-5 Umdrehungen um die Feder drehen muss. Mehr dazu Siehe Skizze.

Die LED erreicht aber leider nicht ihre volle Helligkeit, die meisten Stufen sind ähnlich hell.

Zener Mod, mit der Diode seitlich am Kondensator, da ich in der Höhe Platz sparen musste. Selbst ohne Kabel lässt sich der Treiber nur schwer festschrauben.

Hier mit Adapterboard. Ich habe dünne Kupferstreifen für LED+ und Treiber- genommen. Der Kupferstreifen von LED+ ist von unten mit einem Kabel verlötet, Treiber- hat den Lötkontakt wie man sieht oben.

Treiberadapter 21mm von unten mit Aussparungen, damit einerseits der Treiberfixierungsring überhaupt das Gewinde Greift und damit die Kabel möglichst wenig auftragen.

Jetzt noch mal zu meinem Problem, ggf. kann mir jemand helfen. Der Treiber hat wie gesagt ein Zener Mod bestehend aus Diode und Widerstand - Siehe Fotos.
Die folgende Firmware habe ich geflasht. Leider stellen sich die Leuchtstufen folgendermaßen dar: Firefly, Firefly (minimalst heller), Mid (geschätzt 300-400 Lumen), Mid, Mid, Mid, Mid (jedes Mid wird nur ganz minimal, kaum merklich heller).
An der Firmware habe ich eigentlich nur die oberen Konfigurationszeilen angepasst. Als Kopiervorlage hatte ich die funktionierende Firmware aus meiner Skyray King mit XHP50 genommen.

Hat jemand Tipps für mich?? :haeh:

Wofür hast du die ALT_Modes aktiviert, ist doch eigenlich nur ein PWM den du nutzt? Eventuell mal
#define ALT_MODES auskommentieren...auch wenn es daran nicht wirklich liegen wird.

Dann würde ich Testweise alle Modes außer den mit dem Wert 0 auf 255 setzen.

Ok, danke, werde ich bei Gelegenheit prüfen. Die Lampe lässt sich schwierig auseinander bauen.

Ggf hätte ich eine unbearbeite Vorlage neben müssen und nicht die mit Dual PWM aus meiner SRK.
